Eligible families and individuals select their own rental units, and pay 30% to 40% of their adjusted gross income towards rent and utilities. Minnesota Urban & Rural Homesteading (MURL)
This program allows low income, at risk families, to purchase a home with no down-payment and no interest. Monthly payments are based on affordability and adjusted as income increases.
