Child & Teen Checkups
Child and Teen Check-Ups are well child visits for children ages birth through 20 eligible for Medical Assistance and Minnesota Care.
They include:

• Vision and hearing screenings
• Laboratory tests, including lead, blood and urine as needed
• Immunizations if needed
• Well care physical exams
• Health education and counseling about health lifestyles
• Nutrition assessment
• Growth & development assessments
• Dental screenings

Sexual Assault Advocacy
24-hour crisis call toll-free line, accompaniment to sexual assault Emergency Room exam, support during legal proceedings, referral to other local agencies for legal and health issues, safety planning, and group support sessions. All services free and confidential. Also providing community and school education presentations.

Sexual Health
Offer condoms, GYT "Get Yourself Tested" Kits for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea - located inside the front door. Same day services including pregnancy testing. Clinic services offered by appointment: birth control options, sexual health education, routine gynecological exams and breast exams, cervical cancer screening, sexually transmitted infections (STI) testing and treatment, HIV, Hep C & Syphilis screening.
